Wishlet is a fictional shopping simulator, a calm place to enjoy the feeling of buying without buying real goods. Your game progress is stored on your device. Wishlet also sends usage information to PostHog and subscription information to RevenueCat as described below.
Wishlet has no login. Your game state, collection, coins, preferences, and reflections are saved on your device. We do not upload a copy of your saved game or your written reflections. Some actions and onboarding answers are included in the analytics described below.
Analytics are enabled by default. The current app does not provide an in-app analytics opt-out switch. We use PostHog’s EU cloud service to understand how Wishlet is used and improve the app. Information sent includes:
We do not send the name entered during onboarding or your written reflections with these events. We do not enable session recording. Generated identifiers allow events from the same app installation to be associated over time; they are not your name or email address.
Wishlet Plus purchases are processed by Apple. Our subscription infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, processes purchase history, transaction and subscription status, product information, and a generated customer identifier to validate purchases, restore access, and manage Plus entitlements. We also use this information to understand subscription performance. We never receive or store your payment-card details.
We send the generated PostHog identifier to RevenueCat so subscription events, including renewals and trial conversions, can be associated with app usage in our analytics. This does not give us your Apple Account name, email address, or payment-card details.

We do not sell your data or show third-party ads. We do not use the purchase and usage information described here to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for targeted advertising.
Local data persists until you delete the app or reset it in Settings. Resetting or deleting the app does not automatically delete information already processed by PostHog, RevenueCat, or Apple. These services store information under their applicable retention arrangements and policies. Contact us with questions or requests about data associated with your use of Wishlet; locating records may require additional information because the app has no login.
Wishlet is intended for adults managing shopping habits and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, please contact us.
You can reset local app data in Settings. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings; deleting Wishlet does not cancel a subscription. For privacy questions or requests to access or delete data, contact us at the address below.
